Just like many other great events, Jazz@Emmanuel took a sad, long break during Covid.  The last service was March 8, 2020.  We missed the rest of 2020, all of 2021 and 2022, and a chunk of 2023.  BUT, three years + a few days after the abrupt and unfortunate hiatus, Jazz resurges in time for the March vespers at 5:00 pm on March 13, 2023!  Hallelujah!  We are back!

The Theme for this Service is Joy in the Morning/Mourning, which is crazy appropriate.  This month Jazz will feature the Tom Wendt Quartet, with Lynn Speakman – alto saxophone, Mark Strickland – guitar, Chris McGraw – bass, Thomas Wendt – drums.
